The gym is open 7 days a week
                                                   Monday, Wednesday and Friday  6am to 6pm
                                                    Tuesday and Thursday    6am to 9:45pm
                                                    Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm

We have provided antibacterial wipes so you can wipe down your machines before and after use.  We have a full time staff to sanitize the gym as well but please clean up after yourself.
We took out half of the equipment and moved it into the aerobics room and all equipment is six feet apart.

Cathy Is Teaching Fitness Classes From Monday To Saturday 9 AM To 10 PM.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 AM- 11 AM we offer Wellness Classes.
They are for people that want a more gentle pace and still want a full body stretch/yoga/workout.
You can make it harder if you like by adding light weights or ankle weights. 

Jodi Is Teaching Yoga  On Sundays From 10 AM to 11 AM in the card room upstairs and on Wednesdays at 4 PM to 5 PM in the aerobics room.

On Thursdays at 9:30 AM, we offer tai Chi in the card room.

The Adult Swim Class meets every Wednesday from 4:30PM to 5:30PM, in the outdoor and indoor Pools depending on the weather.
